This inviting four-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and scenery, with plenty of room for the whole family to relax, reconnect, and take in the beauty of nature. Just a short drive from town, yet a world away in serenity.

This pleasant property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 3 king beds and 2 queen beds. With 2.5 bathrooms, including 2 living spaces and 4 decks where guests can relax and unwind in soothing comfort. Our home is equipped for indoor/outdoor living with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and 7 person hot tub overlooking Eagle River with gorgeous unobstructed mountain views from our full length patio.

We are minutes away from quaint coffee shops, shopping, hiking and biking trails. Fishing and Ski Resort are within driving distance as well as the Nature Center, Museums, and only 15 minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Hot Tub Cover must remain securely attached and in place at all times when the hot tub is not in use, and should always be fastened when departing the property.
Although not required, it would be appreciated if all used bath & tub towels are placed in the laundry room. Please start a load of towels before departing. Pods will be left for you to use.
Please ensure that all the windows and doors are securely locked before you check out. If you plan to leave earlier, kindly send us a message so we can inform the cleaning team. Thank you!
