The space
This second floor Loft is a cozy, studio apartment that is close to everything! Trails, hospitals, universities, and lakes & creeks are all just a short walk away. Central location in Anchorage on major throughway to get you anywhere in town in just minutes. The space is perfect for solo or paired travelers, with enough room for a couple of friends for dinner and a movie.
Guest access
Over the garage suite, including a full kitchen, bath, and studio apartment. Access to laundry in the garage and shared common space in the backyard (to include outdoor dining and firepit).
Other things to note
To access the loft above the garage, you must climb stairs. There is a storage area in the loft, but for your safety, it is not available. Due to the stairs, this apartment may not be suitable for small children.
