***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are cameras in the front door, backyard, driveway, and side of the houses. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the everyone`s safety.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
***Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
***Please do not block the sidewalk to avoid receiving a ticket
