「Hotel looks new with lot of modern features incorporated. However, the real soul of hospitality is missing. Hardly see staff smiling. Infact, the reception seems lost and robotic. Staying in five star hotels, first time I have experienced coming back form work and finding the room as you left it. Asking for the reason, "the house keeping was not told to clean the room. They cannot enter the room without permission". I am confused, is it good or bad. I mean, you trsut the hotel and expect them to...

「観光地には遠いが、ホテル自体は高級感があり快適。幹線に面しているが、とても静か。」

「Lovely small hotel. Booked a family suite, was amazing. Very large, clean and a small kitchen with plates cutlery which was helpful. My only problem is the address does not lead to the hotel as per GPS. I had to copy one of the garages address for uber. The area is car workshops and parts so quite annoying but the hotel itself is lovely. Staff are lovely. Helped me without asking. Thank you everyone」
