アムステルダム中央駅など、中心部には行ってないので参考にならないかもしれないですが、基本的に行きたいところにはどこでも簡単に行けました。まわりは静かな環境で、たまたまかもしれませんが日曜日にはオリンピック競技場回りでフリーマーケットがやっていて、素敵なカップを買いました。ホテルは清潔できれいです。快適なステイになりました。英語ですが、Whatsappで事前・事後にやり取りが出来るので忘れ物がなかったか確認したらすぐに何も無かったと連絡をもらえました。とても丁寧で良かったです。また利用したいホテルです。また来ます！

24時間受付対応で、とても丁寧。早朝のフライトで朝食を食べることができない旨を伝えると、代替の物を紙袋に入れて渡してくれた。

最寄駅から徒歩10分ぐらいですが、アムステルダム中央駅まで一本で行けるのでアクセスが良いです。部屋も広く、スーツケースを十分に開けられるスペースがありました。シャワーの水圧も強く、とても快適でした。

L'albergo è vicino alle fermate di metro, tram e linea 397 (da e per l'aeroporto di Schipol). Posizione tranquilla e servizi buoni. Ottima la colazione (non abbiamo usato il servizio ristorante)

It was a good price, and provided a family.room (3 single beds). Public transport only 8mins away, including the Metro, the tram and buses. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and area very clean and well maintained. We used the hot tub, which was lovely to look over the river and relax in.

No drinking water in the room. The phone was not working, which means I had to get downstairs to check how to get drinking water. Which I did, and then was told drink water was only provided through a vending machine. And then the vending machine didn't work with credit card, the receptionist actually didn't believe me. Only after I tried several times did she tell me that it was because the item I chose cannot be paid using credit card. Then I went up to the room to get cash, and was told that the machine only accept coins, meaning I have to buy coins from the reception and then get back to the vending machine... In the end, it took me more than 20 minutes just to get some drinking water. And the story how I got a power adapter is even longer. It just shouldn't be like that.

Where do I even begin, me and my partner turn up to the hotel to be greeted with a heavy tourist tax even though our quote from Expedia was low. We questioned this with the staff as something was not right! They turned around and say our tourist tax is different to expedias charges. We have recently emailed Expedia to ask this. Where Expedia have told us that the hotel are wrong and they should not have charged that amount. We are absolutely furious! Expedia have emailed the hotel to also question this which the hotel replied “they have restrictions and policies in place and will not offer us a refund”. So this hotel like to rob people blind. After HAVING to pay this ridiculous price we went to our hotel room to find an empty bottle of hand soap displayed. We left this as we arrived late and knew we would have cleaners each morning to refill the bottles. We stayed there for 4 nights and the hand soap was NEVER refilled. They would come in and make the beds, change the towels but not refill bottles or clean properly. We also paid for breakfast, which every single morning the staff greeting people to breakfast would tell us that we don’t have breakfast included, where we would then have to walk over to reception and be told we do have breakfast included. We had to repeat this to the SAME GUY greeting everyone for breakfast EVERY SINGLE MORNING! I even explained that this is quite frustrating to the lady on reception and to please sort it out. Which it was not! Terrible hotel

Overall good experience
We stayed in a superior room with a view over a canal and Olympic stadium. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and it had everything. Bathroom was also nice with enough space and big shower. Service was always friendly and happy to help. There were many choices of food for breakfast. Little bit further from the city, but tram station is just few meters outside of the hotel. Lobby is big and cozy. Overall good experience 👍

- Hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal - Modernes Hotel - Zentrum mit Metro 51 erreichbar, direkte Verbindung ca. 18 min Fahrt, Hotel zur Metrostation ca. 7-8 Min. zu Fuß - Ruhige und sichere Lage - Hotel einladend, man fühlt sich wohl - Frühstück gute und ausreichende Auswahl, ist zu empfehlen - Zimmer soweit sauber, klein aber fein - Sauberkeit im Hotel allgemein und auf den Zimmern verbesserungsfähig, aber trotzdem in gutem Zustand

Nice and Clean but needs improvement for business
Hotel waa clean, well presented. The gym was tired, machines not working and the air condtioning off. Room were good size and internet was fast. Shower was tempremental and would go from hot to cold randomly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel for a one night stop over but wouldnt recommend for business

Struttura ottima per un soggiorno di breve durata ad Amsterdam, camera fantastica con tutto ciò che serve, servizio di luggage storage disponibile e incluso, facilità di check-in e staff super disponibile. Posizione forse un po’ scomoda, la stazione della metro è in una zona che non è delle migliori. Prendendo il tram o la metro (fermate a 5-8 minuti a piedi) va comunque cambiato un mezzo per raggiungere il centro non essendoci qualcosa di diretto, e quindi il tragitto dura circa 30 minuti. Comodo invece il transfer dall’aeroporto, praticamente diretto con il. 397. In generale un rapporto qualità/prezzo fantastico, se dovessi averne l’occasione tornerò.

No restaurants or shopping around. No hair conditioner, you have to ask for lotions. No decade coffee. Staff were not as friendly as some other hotels in the city. Outdoor Hot tub not working. When it's windy, no warning or reminders. Some of our clothes were blown away
