The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and opens onto a dining area with a table ideal for shared meals. A door from the kitchen provides direct access to the veranda. The property offers 2 bathrooms: one featuring a bath combined with a WC, and a second separate WC, ensuring practicality and comfort for all occupants.
