"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this amazing villa. Puji and her husband are very kind, and lovely hosts. Puji reachted out to us immediately after te reservation. She offerd her help and gave us direction about how to reach her villa. The communication with her was excellent. Her husband is a lovely and caring host. "My second time staying here. Extremely nice place. Great breakfast, nice pool, great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great views, very safe and chill place. There may be some little things others may nit pick about, but for me, it’s a perfect place to stay. A home away from home. My go to hotel when I visit Indonesia again."

"Very nice room space to layout things, large room, nice bathroom. A/C terrible had to move rooms once second room OK. Pool very nice prefect temperature. Staff helpful but lacked English speaking staff. This is a problem for me. No place near to eat."

"Not really a good experience staying at the hotel. Started with not getting the room based on the reservation. They said that one of the reserved rooms were not available. The hotel did upgrade the room with additional extra bed. But the AC temperature in the room was not cold at all. The engineer came to fix the AC, but it didn't work at all. I called the front desk to ask for moving me to different room. I had to wait more than two hours to get the new room. The new room was great, but the AC was still not cold. It was better, but still not cold. My friend who stayed with me and one of the hotel housekeepers confirmed that the AC temperature was not cold. I have upcoming reservation in Swiss-Bellin in Malang on July 26th. I do hope that I will not getting the same experience. "

"Tropical paradise. Lush greenery, flowers and butterflies everywhere. Wonderful gym facilities, pool and grounds. They have a nice spa that offers massages at a decent rate. Both Western and Indonesian food are available in the restaurant. Laundry service is fast and reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The family room was large and comfortable and stayed cool even without and AC - although we did have one and used it at night. Rooms have a water kettle, tea and coffee and a refrigerator. A great stay!"
