Nice place. We stayed 2 nights and was very comfortable. The room needed vacuuming but staff very nice. Sports bar and grill on site had a Great food.

Small Town
There are no words to describe the potential of this hotel, the managers and staff are completely unengaged, not concerned about the welfare of the customers. Vending machines in the lobby are "not the responsibility on the hotel." The free breakfast consisted of dry cereal, waffle mix, toast, milk and coffee. There was OJ, however there was none only a label on the dispensing machine. The condition at the breakfast were ripe for passing on colds or flu germs. The hotel is not well managed.

Everything was very nice! The only complaint and I will write it off to it being a slow weekend for New Years Eve with family. The coffee was terrible. We couldn’t drink it at all! But would definitely give it another try when we are in town!

Play to stay with NO PERKS
Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was smaller than most walk in closets. Breakfast was a JOKE. Bowl of cereal and orange juice. There was a loaf of bread for toast and THAT WAS IT. Over all not bad. And I guess you can say it did have BREAKFAST. Weak showing though

Worst place ever!
First, the bathroom door was locked from the inside; the toilet had not been cleaned; the toilet was stopped up; I had to get a plunger; tried to shower but the tub was stopped up too. The carpet was filthy. We left as I could not stay there. I turned in the keys and didn’t ask for a refund. What a waste of money and time. I was in town to receive an award posthumously for my father.

Some meh stuff but would recommend
Had a great stay overall. The breakfast was okay, standard hotel stuff.Unfortunately the dispenser for the apple juice and OJ was not working so it was hot. And there was no butter even with bread and waffles being available. The hotel kinda seemed like they got all the furniture and stuff at a sale from a hotel 20+ years ago that closed down. But more importantly the staff were very friendly and personable all around. No one disturbed us during our stay. If we needed anything it was readily available. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I was comfortable and felt perfectly safe and fine.

When I checked in, very rude treatment. I did get the name of the woman at the desk. (Bessie) After staying one night, we saw cockroaches in the room. I was moved to another room down a different hallway. I was told that the wing I was initially at, is reserved for construction workers and other customers aren't put there. I was moved to another room, and the air conditioner didn't work. So, I was moved to a third room. The only person kind to me during the entire stay was Brittany. I'm not sure if an exterminator ever goes through the inside of the Heritage Inn as you could clearly see bugs in rooms. Rooms were very dirty. Very disappointed in the lack of a welcome.

A/C units on exterior are badly rusted and the bricks around them are falling out. Took 5-6 minutes for staff to respond to the bell at the front desk. Mattresses are obviously cheap and extremely uncomfortable.

The people were that worked there that we encountered were friendly and polite. The room however was not what we expected. We killed numerous roaches that came out behind a mirror on wall .

I have stayed here several times over the years . It has declined . No iron or board. Above the shower tub you could see clearly the Sheetrock tape. I was there to speak at a Funeral and it was at 2:00pm. I asked for leniency to stay until 1:00pm. (There were hardly any other customers). I was told I could stay until noon and then I could wait in the lobby. So I did. Overall just not the professional atmosphere I have experienced in the past. Just because you asked.

The sroom was basic and price friendly..the room did not have usb port charging stations. No irons in room had to get from front desk....staff was friendly...overall it was not bad..perfect location right next to a great golf course...River Birch Golf Course.

I was very disappointed in my stay. I had to change rooms. When changed rooms there we ants in room had to keep sprayed. The complementary breakfast was very limited. I had to keep asking for bath towels and was clothes. The worst of all is it was tan down it use to be beautiful. I doubt I would stay again.

Well it started off wrong because I was under the impression all the rooms were smoke free and they are not! So they gave me 2 smoking rooms but they did accommodate us with non-smoking and a free room. My other issue was both ice machines was broke it was right.

We had two rooms with two queen beds and there were only two towels and two washcloths per room! The towels weren’t replaced either night and the rooms were not cleaned after the first night. I wanted to pay cash for the rooms but the desk clerk said they only accept 20’s for cash payment. The total was $375 and I had $400 and they would not take it.

Good morning, I'm sorry that your stay was less than favorable. I'm not sure if it was, but our housekeepers will not enter your room if the do not disturb is out. You can always get towels from the front desk. We do not keep large sums of cash on site, which is why we don't take anything larger than a 20.
