"Ideal para uma escapadinha da parafernália do dia-a-dia, relaxar e conectar com a natureza em estado puro. Paisagens idílica e nascer e por do sol únicos.Casa muito acolhedora, limpa e bem equipada. Silêncio total compartilhado com o chilrear dos pássaros e as amorosíssimas vocalizações das ovelhas. Excelente localização para usufruir de paz e sossego. "When planning our walk on the Rota Vicentina, we weren't sure the extra distance to reach Quinta Chocalhino (Cowbell Farm!) from Odemira would be worth it but it was and Teresa made sure we didn't have to walk any farther than Odemira. Our stay at this family-run agriturismo was lovely: our room was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was perfectly suited to our tastes and dietary restrictions (one of us is a gluten-free vegetarian). We didn't have much energy to explore the grounds (or try the pool) during our one-night stay but we loved that there were donkeys, geese/ducks, turkeys, dogs, and cats staying on the farm with us. We got rained on during our day's walk to Odemira and were pleasantly surprised to find a clothes rack and dehumidifier in our room for drying out our wet gear. Teresa also lit a fire in the Great Room for us and we relaxed after dinner in front of the fireplace with our books and delicious red wine from the Alentejo region. We left the next morning rejeuvenated and ready to tackle our next stage to Sao Teotonio!"

"Stunning vista in the middle of the Portuguese countryside, featuring an infinity pool, with lots of space. It is in a very remote area with no public services, facilities or buildings for miles. Classy decor and staff and great value for money. The staff are just wonderful, so delightfully friendly and warm"

"This is a hidden gem. Booked last minute and were absolutely blown away by what we found. It rained the day we were there so we cozied up in one of there beautifully appointed nooks and read. The breakfast was incredible and included Definitely would come back. The staff and grounds were so welcoming "

"It’s in the country. If you want to be surrounded by nature, serenity and great hospitality this is the place for you. There’s a tennis court and a pool. Bed was very comfortable and there is a small patio off all rooms. No TV in the room but they have a common area with a TV that you can watch. You must have a car for this rural setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "
