Potential is there but need to work on the details

Hotel has much potential, staff is friendly and helpful but they need to work on some details and then it will be OK. Room was very clean but not the bathroom, and one day I was given a stained towel than made me a bit repulsed. Another point to consider is the parking. It is not really practical as most of the time you need to rely on the Valet. Last, is the breakfast buffet. There is a nice variety and quality is good, except for the coffee. Another thing is the lack of sweets (for my Italian friends).

I can’t believe this can be a four star hotel. The room was very stink and so was the bed and the towels. Also the room is extremely noisy I hear an entire se* next door and not to mention the prayer at midnight and at 5am. Had a hard time to sleep. The hair dryer was also not working it stopped like every 10 seconds. All of the hair dryers are the same in all the rooms. and the solution the stuff provided was to use the hair dryer in other empty rooms and switch a room every 10 seconds when it stop working. The one star is for that genius otherwise it should be 0 star. DONT BOOK THIS RUN

Best location, quiet, but can be better service

I stayed about 21 days at this hotel so hope my review will be comprehensive and helpful for others. What I liked about the hotel: 1. Great location, absolutely the best thing about it. It is close to grocery markets, best restaurants, sweet shops, highway and in quiet area. 2. Amazing gym with machines, weights, swimming pool, sauna, steam and locker rooms. I made full use of that and was really needed after work days. 3. The guard is really nice. 4. Late checkout. What can be better: 1. Restaurant is sub par. I think breakfast can be much better. It was not good standard. I stuck to egg station- they make it for you which is nice, toast and coffee with some salads but it was so limited especially for Jordan (felt like I was in a US hotel haha). 2. The premise in general can be cleaner, the room was super dusty to be honest and being South Asian I ofcourse did a full cleanup myself of the cupboards and tables etc. before I unpacked haha. 3. Limited service - please improve the service, the staff are always on phone and not paying attention. I stayed longer than anyone I assume at the time but got subpar treatment. Don't know why. 4. Key was not working almost everyday and I had to go up and down to get it reprogrammed everyday. I am nice person so I didnt make a huge fuss but honestly I must have made 21 trips for the 21 nights to get my key reprogrammed because it wont work! 5. TV is all arabic except 4 news channels 6. Laundry pricy 7. Smoke smell in towels and hallway

The hotel didn’t have my booking. I don’t know if that was an issue from Expedia side or the hotel side. The front desk helped us to have a room nonetheless. There was rubbish left in our trash bin in the room on check-in. The room was a smoking room which was not what we requested.
