「This place was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean and well appointed. The hosts clearly want to provide a great experience for their guests. One note to renters: be sure to complete the two documents required for check-in, including signature on the rental agreement. I missed the signature and this delayed our getting the final check-in instructions. Host was very quick to help us and all was well. 」

In town for a Lynchburg University event and it was a perfect location between the school and all of the fun things to do in downtown that are within walking distance. Host doesn’t leave anything out from comfy beds and furniture to bathroom amenities that you might forget and the awesome coffee bar. They think of everything you might need. We had a fantastic time. We will be back!」

「I was in awe driving up to the property! From the working farm, cows, the picturesque views, and the incredible transformation of a grain bin, everything about our stay was fantastic! Our dog, Scout, had the best time sniffing around and playing ball. I enjoyed sitting outside, watching the cows and reading, and my husband played his guitar with the amazing acoustics inside. Thank you for sharing this piece of quiet with others, we will definitely be back. 」

「House was clean, beds comfortable, showers had good waterpressure, lots of space for our family to sit and visit. Some noise from steel pipe plant down the hill but only really hear it in upstairs back bedroom. Host does provide white noise machines. Nice walking trail to downtown down the street」
