This is our second rental property located downstairs from our first. We've taken great care to make this an airy yet cozy space. Your space is completely private with everything you could want in a fully furnished apartment close to everything yet peaceful and homey. Our space is designed with you in mind - comfortable beds and plush towels and a full kitchen for snacks or meals. We provide snacks in the fridge on arrival - some kind of bread or fruit or granola bars or all of the above.
We provide the things we always wish we had when we go away like paper towels and butter and salt and pepper and a few eggs and a real refrigerator.  The wifi is fast and the tv is big and there's a reading nook for a little resting spot. We enjoy hosting couples and families and have met some really nice people and it shows in our reviews. We are very kid friendly with a swingset and sandpile in the front yard. There are several playgrounds within a 5 minute drive. Please note a 2 night minimum for Friday and Saturday .

Excellent Stay

The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. Their thoughtfulness in leaving snacks for travelers was a lovely touch. It felt like a home away from home -- clean, warm and comfortable!

Very nice apartment. It appears to be newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and well equipped. It was clean and came with bedding and towels. They even had some snacks and some breakfast food in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely 2 bedroom in Cushman has everything you need

There are steps down to this convenient, functional apartment that functioned as the hub for our 2 day stay. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby Cushman market and cafe for essential sustenance. Lee is a great host and quick to field any questions.

Very nice property with exceptional hosts!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Even though it's a basement apartment, it not dark at all. You can see it's been recently renovated, painted, etc. and well taken care of. The hosts left eggs, butter, milk and several slices of delicious cranberry bread in the fridge. What a nice touch!! We were visiting friends in Sunderland and this location was perfect for getting to their house plus it's near so many lovely towns and historic sites. We loved Puffers Pond. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Quiet, very clean, clean sheets with plenty of pillows, soft towels with extra ones available. Eggs, milk, bread and butter in fridge for breakfast. It came in handy before I started tailgating Saturday morning. I was in town for a football game. Quick and easy access to UMASS campus. Quick access to downtown. Very easy check-in and check-out. Property manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Plenty of instructions inside to guide you through your stay. I would definitely stay again! It was a great weekend experience. M-I-Z...Z-O-U!!

Lower level apartment was very well maintained, very well stocked (scissors, sewing kit, batteries, cleaning supplies, fully supplied kitchen (FYI coffee maker was a Kuerig with fillable filters), even homemade fruit bread, butter, eggs, and fruit in the fridge upon arrival!) Met owner and he was super nice, explaining how to easily get to the 21+ miles of hiking trails behind the property. Very close to Mullins center but far enough removed to ensure quiet, peaceful evenings. Will rent again next year if Convention lands in Mullins center again.

We really enjoyed our stay - it was charming that this property is on a farm, my baby daughter loved the chickens in the yard. Lee was very generous with us and we loved the farm-fresh eggs for breakfast.

Awesome place. We stayed in a finished basement. Very clean, no bugs at all, nice living room, comfy king size bed. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked with what was needed as well as snacks for us. Quiet location close to town and Mass University.

Staying here was lovely. The place has everything that you need: sheets, towels, and even toiletries if you should forget anything. The owners were nice enough to leave eggs, fruit, and oatmeal, so I didn't need to go out for breakfast. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet. Would stay here again!
