"This property is a spacious and well-appointed home. I travelled with my family (wife, kids, grandkids) and we all loved the accommodations. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many of the attractions of WNY. The icing on the cake was the pool, deck, and outside areas. During a hot summer week, it was a smashing success and a great place to hang out and entertain in comfort. "

"It was absolutely 💯 wonderful!!! Clean, cool, quiet, service was fabulous! Secluded and surrounded by gorgeous pines, even though on the boulevard it was set back enough soyou didn't hear any traffic noise!! Though furnishings were dated they were in perfect condition but quite charming!♥️. I needed help with my tv and Tom whom I believe was like the superintendent was more than happy to help immediately! He got it going no problem!!! Highly recommend this as a great place to stay! Also there was a grocery and convenient store directly across the street!♥️♥️♥️♥️💯 Price very reasonable too!"

"Room was infested with roaches, broken toilet, poor cleaning. Lock on door did not work aswell. a pathological liar who called the police and accused us of having extra guests which was not true and lied and said he would honor a refund and did not. They advertise rooms they don’t have pictures are fake. Do not go here."
