Quiet villa with private pool, jacuzzi, large garden and 10min from the beach
The villa is located in the "Plage des Nation" development near Rabat. The upscale district is located directly on the beach and is monitored day and night. A calm environment, perfect for relaxation, where children are welcome.
The house is new and equipped with very high quality materials.
Interior:
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove and microwave, a living room with a fireplace and TV, a toilet and a winter garden.
The upper floor has a bedroom with
Double bed and private bathroom with toilet, jacuzzi and spa shower,
a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with toilet and shower,
a bedroom with two single beds with sea view,
a separate shower with toilet,
a dressing room and a glazed terrace with a view (not on the sea side).
The roof is accessible and you have an all-round view.
Outside:
The garden has a private pool and covered area.
The large lawn area offers various opportunities to linger, relax, discover or play.
