This cottage is the corner property in a small terrace of slate built cottages on the outskirts of Grasmere, which creates a wonderful secluded feel.  This property backs onto the open plain around the River Rothay, with fantastic views across to Helm Crag, and surrounding hills - you can either sit and enjoy the view or use the time to plan your next walk or look back at the walks you have just completed.
