気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
Scam Hotel!! Do not book.
We booked 1 night at Magical Mountain Resort here on hotels.com. But apparently this hotel does not exist anymore and the one it actually is, is definitely not 3 star.
When we got to the address, no signs for the hotel, so we asked around and it turns out that the hotel now is part of Punsisi Resort, which we never heard of or was informed on before arriving.
After some confusion and the staff explaining that “Magical Mountain Resort” was once a hotel of its own, but now it is part of Punsisi. We were shown to our room a small hike from this hotel.
Be aware of the following:
- we found cockroaches in the room
- no Wi-Fi
- no telephone (unplugged and no wire)
- no fridge
- dirty bed sheet
- no fan or AC
- NOT a 3 star hotel
Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. And if the Punsisi staff are reading: please be true and honest to your guests before they book or come to your remote hotel.
