「Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia…
When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia.
It was a beautiful water front room and the manager was pleasant.」

「We had a wonderful stay and are truly grateful for the warm hospitality!
The host was incredibly kind, caring, welcoming, and attentive. She made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bedroom was especially cozy, and we had a wonderful night’s sleep. Everything was perfectly clean and thoughtfully prepared.
A special thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so pleasant. The check-in process was smooth...
