Our stay was a mostly relaxing and enjoyable experience, other than having to contend with repair requests for a slow leak that would have been both inconvenient and with the COVID 19 epidemic, possibly dangerous to our family having a repairman arriving here on our final full day of this short trip.. What bothered me most was the manner in which the message was constructed, as if we were knowledgeable of this situation and was given the option to have it repaired either in the morning or evening on Thursday. If the message contained an apology, in that a request to have a repair done was something we were offered as an option, rather than being given an optional time frame, it would have been the appropriate approach by your office. To act as though we were party to the request of this repair and simply given a time frame, was quite a presumption. I didn’t slip on a banana peel and bumped my head, I understood the “close”, not very bright. But, in spite of all that, we enjoyed the property even though my wife was prepared for a flood and having the roof collapse after receding the message.
