「Great host, great to work with. 」

「great location. 30 min to several beaches. very clean. great kitchen. great value. 3 good size bedrooms. 」

「Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. 」

「The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only issue we had was one day there was a storm that caused the refrigerator to stop working. We called the owner and within 30 minutes he was at our unit. It turned out that the storm caused the surge protector to go out. He installed a new one and the refrigerator worked fine.」

「We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.」

「We had a great time in Cape Coral! The master bathroom shower drain was plugged and the toilet leaked so we have to use the other bathroom. It was a 2 night stay so it was’t a huge issue. The owner was very responsive and apologized for the issue. We would go back as the rest of the property was great!」
