「I enjoyed the stay at your condo. Very clean and a nice view」

「We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!」

「This is the cutest apartment ever with very warm and inviting decor! Gesine really thought of everything for the lotus. This place was so cozy and peaceful! The hot tub was an awesome bonus!! The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the adorable deck for our low key mornings and a hot cup of coffee!! We had everything we needed for our stay thanks to Gesine. And she was always available for questions and was readily available for our needs. Thanks again Gesine, we will definitely be back...

We also loved being able to have our boat steps outside the door. Very clean and airy living space. Excellent communication with the property owner was also a plus. 「The ad for the apartment says 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4. We are thinking 1 bedroom and a pull-out couch. There are 2 loveseats. No pull out. Very misleading. Everything else, perfect. 」

We were convenient to town and Laconia. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided everything we needed to easily prepare meals. The unit’s accessibility to the lake provided extra fun. I would highly recommend staying at this property.」

「This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.」

We were warned about the street noise & it was definitely noticeable, the white noise machine was appreciated by the couple staying in the front room. We had a bit of a hard time communicating with the property managers regarding check in time, empty propane tanks & missing toiletries. In the end they did end up providing propane, shampoo, conditioner and body wash after we asked for it. I felt the listing saying toiletries provided was...
