"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."

"Otel genel olarak bakımsızdı diyebilirim. Yemeklerde oldukça kötüydü hatta 1-2 öğün dışarıdan yemek zorunda kaldık. Odaların temizliği 6/10 diyebilirim. Odada bulunan buzdolabının üzerinde kalıcı ve eski lekeler vardı biraz silmeye çalıştım ıslak mendille sanırım epeyden beri silinmemiş. Fiyatına göre bence iyi değildi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde zorunlu olmadıkça tercih etmem."

"Came here for my partner's birthday week and honestly can not recommend it any more. The entire hotel was incredible. ALL the staff, Margaret, Izzet, Suheyla, absolutely everyone made this the most memorable stay. I would come back here immediately, the escape lounge, the gym, the rooms were all top class. The upgraded us as it wasnt busy and put us in a beautiful room. The spa was also stunning. The pool was great. Lovely food at the restaurant as well as a beautiful breakfast spread. The...
