"Some of the staff is not really nice to customer and can’t speak English"

"This hotel was amazing great staff and easy parking. Everything was great and the breakfast was great it was all worth it. The distance from things were so close! "

"The room was good , clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a security incident where someone managed to open our room door in the middle of the night . Luckily I had my dog who I think gave the person a fright. I tried to explain to reception in the morning but no one speaks English . I then sent a follow up email in German and English which they took days to reply to and then just said the night staff needed more training . It was a very scary experience which I didn’t feel the took on board ."
