「Lovely home in the pines with large living room /kitchen area and outdoor wrap around deck. Older home features knotty pine walls in bedrooms and double sink master bathroom. You must seek out the game room hidden off the garage for darts, foosball and card table. Great family getaway place! 」

「The location is really nice in the pines. The cabin is a rustic log cabin experience with all the necessary amenities. Cabin was clean. The beds were to soft for what we prefer but were otherwise fine. Overall we had a great stay.」

「The cabin was perfect for our week stay and accommodated our family of six just fine. The location was fantastic for nature watching, the elk came through morning and evening. We also enjoyed watching the birds and little critters from the front porch. Our favorite outing was Big Lake where we caught beautiful large rainbow trout we brought back to barbecue for dinner. 「Very cute and comfortable! Katy was very quick to respond to a couple very small issues! Batteries for remote and extra trash bags. 「My husband and I stayed at this cabin for our first year wedding anniversary. It was exactly as described! Very cute and quaint. A perfect walk to the Molly Butler Lodge and the diner in town. The Little Colorado River is visible from the walking path and is so pretty and peaceful. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and again. It is tucked away and just wonderful. Plus parking and access to streaming services to watch movies and such! 」

「Monteverde was very nice. It was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, the water well went out during our stay and we were moved to another cabin. The 2nd cabin wasn’t as big or nice. I understand that things happen and certainly appreciate that they were able to get us in another cabin. I would have hoped that they would offer to reduce the price of our stay. They did not. 」
