「There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...

"Wonderful Staff and a Comfortable Stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to assist me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room, helped me with the laundry facilities, and kindly stored my luggage after checkout. I really appreciated their hospitality! The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, with a variety of drinks including orange juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, as well as granola bars and fresh fruit. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"
