「The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. 「Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. 「This villa is in a beautiful stunning rural location but by car its less than 10 minutes from Skiathos town and this makes it a perfect retreat but still near amenities. The inside of this villa is a bit dated but it is finished in a rustic style. The hosts are lovely people who were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay.」

「We stayed at Perivoliou Villa as a family of four with our 19,18 year old ‘children’ we loved the location and was perfectly as described, rural, quiet, beautiful views. 「The owner met us at the port and was available during our stay for any queries we had. The noise from the road could be loud at times but did not really bother us. 「From the moment we booked the villa, I knew we were in safe hands with Dimitris as he contacted me with all the information we'd need for a great stay. The villa itself is gorgeous, olde-worlde charm but equipped with everything you need - WiFi, cooking stuff, TVs. The pool is immaculate and it's a real treat to just float about gazing down the valley at Skopelos harbour. And Skopelos is a fantastic island. A new favourite part of Greece! Can't wait to return!」
