The apartment has a perfect balance between location and accessibility, as it is located in a quiet area and away from the bustle of Lisbon, but a few minutes from the center (10 minutes by boat). Simple, comfortable and with facilities, the apartment also has a nice view over the Tagus river). The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is also the top floor. No elevator There are very close car parks (the nearest is 220 meters) which range in price from € 1 to € 3.5 for 24 hours. In front of the apartment is not possible to park vehicle. The police are fine. You can park at: Cacilhas River Terminal Tel: +351 912 525 726, with about 500 meters; Morro de Cacilhas Park, R. Friar Bernardo de Brito 14F, about 800 meters away; Frigate Park and Firefighters Park Volantes. There are very close car parks (the nearest is 220 meters)

I recommend this property and location since it gives you an alternate experience of Lisbon:
- taking the ferry back and forth, available every 20
minutes, puts you on the water, looking back at the city. The ferry arrives very close to the old part of Lisbon.
- this is not a tourist destination, your fellow passengers and neighbours are Portuguese people, the neighborhood is safe
- the apartment is modern, the building was very quiet, it’s a little walk up a hill, but it’s a lovely place to stay! Elsa was quite responsive
- we drove in to Lisbon and used the ferry parking for 5 euros a day; did not drive in Lisbon
- along the embankment is a walk past the abandoned dock buildings, but is an exhibition studio for graffiti artists, it leads to the public elevator up the cliff side to the Christ statue; good exploration if you can figure out the route!! I ran out of time but enjoyed the exploration!

El apartamento esta totalmente reformado, tiene una gran distribución y es muy funcional, el edificio es antiguo pero lo compensa lo bonito del apartamento, esta muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario como para sentirte en tu casa, la anfitriona es muy educada y amable y esta pendiente de lo que necesites, repetiríamos la estancia ya que nos sentimos muy cómodos, instalaciones modernas, bien amoblado y limpio, la zona esta bien, cerca de los ferris y de zona de restaurantes tbn hay cerca trasporte publico buses y tranvía, aparcamiento por el paseo con precios razonables.
The accommodation is in accordance with the photos. It is very clean, and well located. Lisbon is only 10 mn by Boat,
and it is very simple to go to the beach by bus. Some good restaurants are situated next to the flat.

Tolle Lage
Wir waren zwei Nächte in Almada, um von dort Lissabon zu erkunden. Mit der Bootsverbindung hat das super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Hafen und der Einkaufsstrasse.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und modern dank schwedischem Einrichtungshaus. Der Kontakt zur Wohnungsmanagerin war ausschließlich über Whatsapp. Das war manchmal schwierig. Daher Punktabzug. Unser Auto hatten wir in der Straße geparkt (auf Empfehlung der Managerin) und haben direkt einen Strafzettel bekommen. Sehr ärgerlich. Den von ihr empfohlenen kostenfreien Parkplatz konnten wir leider nicht finden.
