This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

Upon entering, you'll discover an inviting open space where the kitchen, living area, and dining zone seamlessly blend together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and cooking utensils, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Adjacent to this, the comfortable living area invites you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV.

The first bedroom is a private retreat with a cozy double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a refreshing shower. Plush towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. The second bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for friends or children, and shares access to a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower.

The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay, with air conditioning throughout to keep you cool on warm days.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and cozy apartment just minutes from Costa da Caparica’s famous sandy beaches. Guests can enjoy surfing, beachside cafés, and stunning coastal walks, while also having easy access to local markets and vibrant nightlife. Perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway, with Lisbon city center just a short drive away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.


Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
