Paddle in a kayak as the waters rise to 12 m or more. Walk the otherworldly ocean floor at low tide. Or take a hike inland, where trails lead to waterfalls in Acadian forests.
Why this cottage? After your day trips exploring nature, come home to your private pristine cottage. Prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen. Got dirty? No problem, as the cottage has a washer and dryer. If you want to lounge for the day, enjoy your comfortable chairs in the loft, perfect for reading or working. What a nice experience we had in Alma for a few days. This cottage was clean, comfortable & cozy, well-stocked with bathroom & kitchen supplies & within walking distance of a general store & restaurants in Alma. We were in a perfect position to explore Fundy National Park (so close), as well as within a short drive to visit The Hopewell Rocks. Communication with the hosts was friendly, helpful & efficient.

Great property

Wonderful clean and modern cottage in a perfect location. Alma's harbor, pubs and restaurants were all within walking distance. Quick and helpful responses from our hosts. Good location for day trips to other local sites. We would like to return.

Fun in Alma

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Alma while hiking Fundy. The place we stayed at in Alma was absolutely beautiful and wish we lived close enough to visit more often. This charming place was just great!

Beautiful View

We absolutely loved our visit to Alma and this house was a perfect choice for us. The view was beautiful! The town was so quaint, with every restaurant having wonderful food choices. The location, literally steps away from Fundy National Park meant we could go in and out quickly to hike. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home and town with us! We would highly recommend this house to everyone and we would definitely come back again!

As Advertised!

Beautiful well kept new cabin. All the conveniences of home. Had a minor problem that the owners responded to quickly. Bakery and town were just a 3 minute walk. A great vacation overall!

Lovely cottage near Bay of Fundy sites

Spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable cottage perfectly located for many Bay of Fundy adventures. Minutes away from the Fundy National Park, short driving distances to Cape Enrage, Mary's Point, Hopewell Rocks, and walking distance to restaurants and beach in Alma. We also enjoyed relaxing in the cottage's loft and living areas, making meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and sleeping in a comfortable bed. Bonus was having a washer/dryer available during our stay too. Hosts Chris and Kelly were friendly, responsive, and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend their cottage!

Bright and cheerful property; short walk to all the restaurants and the waterfront views, and <5min drive to the Fundy National Park. Perfect! There are comfy sitting areas on both floors--a good place to hang out while planning next day's hikes. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to VRBO messaging.

Good location but poorly arranged inside.

The location was great and house was clean. But bedroom is up steep stairs and bathroom is downstairs. Not user friendly for those who get up at night to use it! Internet was so weak that it was not usable for us, despite owner’s effort to reset it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four days in Alma - the stay at the cottage was so nice and in so many ways! Our host made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again - hopefully soon!

Nice cottage

Well equipped and the area is quiet. 2 minutes walk of the Main Street with many restaurants and stores. Alma is a nice place. 5 to 30 minutes of the mainly trails of Fundy Bay park. 20 minutes Cap Enragé. Less than 45 min from Hopewell Cape Rocks. Chris and Kelly are very friendly and answered all our questions. Thanks to let my mom and I stayed at your place.

Bay of Fundy Get Away in Alma, New Brunswick

A spacious, well planned floor plan, two story, beautiful house, very clean, new with all of the conveniences, and even with clothes washing-drying capability; that we enjoyed in the quaint town of Alma. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the Bay of Fundy; and within driving distance to multiple places of interest including the Fundy National Park which is a pristine place to hike , Cape Enrage a beautiful lighthouse on a bluff close enough to the Lobster fishermen that you could watch them collect their harvest from the shore, and Hopewell Stones, a beautiful formation of nature,among others. Chris and Kelly made themselves convenient for any issues. Again, ''five stars".

Wonderful Property and Host

The cottage is wonderfully equipped, sun-filled and immaculately clean. Appliances are all new and in perfect working order. The village is cute, and the proximity to Fundy Park is ideal for hikers, nature photographers and the like. There is less to do if you aren't as fit and mobile but still enough beauty and interesting sites for a one week visit. The Hopewell Rocks are only a short drive away and well worth the trip. There were a few location inconveniences that were not the fault of the host but travellers should be aware of in advance and plan accordingly. There were 2 boiled water advisories during our one week visit. One was lifted almost as soon as we arrived but the first rainstorm caused it to be reinstated a few days later. Wifi was sufficient to retrieve and send email but due to flickering and frequent brief outages it was maddening to try to do anything more demanding online. If you need a high speed connection for your work, as I did, be prepared to use your data plan to create a hot spot. You should pick up your groceries on your way as there are only basics available at the Alma General Store. There are nice restaurants and take out places though so you won't starve if you didn't plan ahead! I can't say enough about how warm and welcoming the host was and we wish them well in future.

Great Cottage.

The cottage was very clean, spacious, comfortable. There was a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer that enhanced our stay and comfort. Check in process was seamless. Host were kind and responsive to our questions. The Cottage was tucked away and located 1 min walk from the main strip of restaurant. It was very quiet. The fog coming off the water at night provided for a stunning view. We were very comfortable. We were only 2 people but the unit could easily accommodate 6. I would highly recommend to others.

Wonderful property

Can’t get more convenient!

Super clean, well-equipped place about 2 km (just over a mile) from the gate of Fundy National Park. For some it may be important to know the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is on the main floor. We had some issues with the TV/Netflix but Chris was keen to help and said they would be swapping it out for another. Alma is a lovely little town with great restaurants!
