Inviting vacation home with ocean views. The house is elevated in charming Sandvig and close to a bike and walking path that leads directly to the Allinge-Sandvig area.



The house is pleasantly furnished in a modern style. At the center of domestic life is the large and bright living and dining room with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light and allow a view of the water. Here you can cozy up in comfortable seating, watch TV (Chromecast available) and enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the fireplace on cooler days. There is comfortable underfloor heating in the bathrooms. For the household you will find a washing machine and dryer.



From the living room you have access to a beautiful wooden terrace with lounge furniture and a barbecue. The terrace surrounds a large part of the house, which means that at any time of day you will find an ideal spot to read a good book and drink a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.



Only 600 meters you need to a beautiful sandy beach, so certainly one or two swimming trips will be on your program. You'll also be close to several of Bornholm's popular destinations, including Jon's Kapel, the ruins of Hammershus Castle, the Bornholm Art Museum, and the charming village of Gudhjem.
