I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. "The hotel was situated in the middle of the main square/street close to everything. Room was nice and breakfast was good. The restaurant was excellent, best place in town. The location was convenient close to the castle and train station, where you catch the bus to Neuschwanstein. I highly recommend staying here."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hirsch. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality foods. I arrived several hours before check-in, and the hotel graciously allowed me to park while I explored the area. They also provided a complimentary public transportation pass, which made it easy to catch nearby Bus 78 to Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. The combination of outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and convenient location made for a wonderful stay. I would gladly stay at Hotel Hirsch again without hesitation."
