「I booked a room that should have included a couch according to the pictures and I didn not have a couch in my room」

「Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean」

「Helpful staff, restful stay, and lovely room.」

「Nice staff, but the rooms were dated and not very clean. I was only here for one night. The older beds weren't comfortable, but at least they had bedbug covers on the mattresses!」

「Tub drain not good」

「Absolutely charming and amazing, unfortunately my stay was short as I had a spouse in the hospital down the road. I was a woman traveling alone in Shreveport, and I wanted to feel safe. The neighborhood is extremely safe and I felt very comfortable moving about at night to get there. So very thankful for the owners letting me check in late as it was an unexpected hospital admission and we love two hours away. But, I found a little place to come back to. Amazing people.」

「everything was fine. I need a receipt from the charge for business」

「The front staff is TOP TIER!! Lauren is the best.. It’s the small things that goes unnoticed. The front staff sets a tone for the stay and it only gets better from there. My family &I have stayed here about 3 times this year. It’s always nice!!」

「Nothing over the top, but it served the purpose. We had what we needed, and things were clean. The price was a bit more than I think it should be for the minimums offered. Old building, doors are hard to open, firm beds, small pool.... fine enough; as I said, the needs were met but not worth $200 a night....」

「The views and how everything was close to restaurants and gas stations」
