「We love coming to Celtic Manor this is our favourite place as we got married at the lodge there back in 2010 . We normally book through the main website but as times are hard we looked at an alternate site which was exactly the same as the main site saving us £80 . We always enjoy our time at Celtic Manor 」

「Clean room with built-in USB port-A charging socket. The restaurant closed at 8.30pm, which I thought a bit early, but there were a lot of places to eat and grocery stores around the hotel. Friendly and efficient customer service.」

「Lovely hotel, a couple of issues we got woken up twice by people putting scaffolding on our window. We didnt feel comfortable as we couldnt open the curtains as 2 men were literally stood on scaffolding infront of the window Also we had our do not disturb sign on but the staff still knocked and came in the room with a builder who was going to changing the window the next day. When was asked at reception what time it was being done they didn't know. So we had to set our alarm early and leave...

「Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. 」

「Needed convenient accommodation close to the M5. The Ramada hit the spot with its easy check in, clean spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Hotel car park was full, so parked in the nearby main car park. 」

「Handy location. lovely stay however rooms cleaned but teaspoons dirty and not replaced toilet rolls not replaced had to ask. However great size rooms, king size bed and with all high end accessories such as ghd straigjteners, dyson hairdryer. would definitely stay there again. 」

「This hotel is near the Chester station, therefore is was very convenient for sight seeing.」

「I asked at check-in what position the room was in, but they did not respond, as I could not sleep with the noise. Unfortunately, the room was noisy. There was also rubbish left in the wastebasket.」

「朝の列車に乗るために泊まりましたが、 町の中心部にもかなり近く、利便性も高いです。 施設は新しいとは言えませんが、不便はありません。」

「Moxy is a very cool hotel with a friendly approach! We found that last time we stayed in moxy Chester the staff gave us more information about the town / etc ! Which was really nice! We paid for the breakfast and decided to have it later to avoid the business people, however they stop refilling some items… it is our 3rd time here ! And we really like the town & the hotel !! The location is great & friendly staff & comfortable room’s modern & minimalist! We love it! 」
