「Lugar tranquilo para descansar sin salir de la habitación 」

「This place was simply a paradise, they do everything they can to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one. I rarely want to return to a resort as my trips are more towards exploring, but this place needs to be enjoyed more than once. We stayed in a room with a private pool that surpassed our expectations, the room was well-equipped and the front desk accommodated any additional needs. The pool and the deep soak tub were an excellent way to end our day.」

「The staff was lovely and very helpful. The gounds were beautiful and beautifully maintained. We didn't have towels some days and had to request them. The room didn't have much storage, though. 」

「Hemos pasado dos noches en Tortuguero, y desde antes de llegar ya nos sentíamos arropados por todo el personal. Un servicio y trato muy personalizado y profesional. Te ayudan a gestionar traslados, visitas…Comunicación de 10 desde el momento en el que hicimos la reserva. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Servicio de comidas, correcto. Sin duda, recomiendo alojarse en este establecimiento. 」

「This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this...

「Lovely resort tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. You wouldn’t even know it’s there. Need to have coffee makers in the rooms along with access to communal water and ice. For the price, it was expensive.」

「Ordentliches, sauberes Hotel, Frühstück war super (man konnte Omelette, pancakes etc bestellen), Pool Bereich war schön und Zimmer wurde durch Klimaanlage schön gekühlt. Nah am Nationalpark. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab Wasser, Tee und Kaffee den ganzen Tag über. Für Costa Rica eine gute Unterkunft mit gutem Service. Wir hatten wesentlich schlechtere Unterkünfte zum gleichen Preis in Costa Rica. Also Topp! 」

「This was an amazing property with lovely, patient staff, and owners who had an answer for each of the (many, many) questions we had. The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric. Next time -maybe- we'll consider rafting from the airport 😉」

「This property is a doorway to nature's paradise. Being set in jungle with an open living theme there is nothing to not love about Congo bongo. The cry of howler monkeys at 4am followed by the jungle waking up to the evening cry of the toucan nature is all around. The ambience is complimented by the warmth and friendliness of the people who call this place home.」
