「Will definitely be coming back to this hotel 」

「The lighting of the property was extremely poor, particular at night. It was so bad I couldn’t see going down the major walkway outside. I had to use the light of my cell phone so I did not trip on anything.Little to No lights at all at night …. I was in disbelief. 」

「This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing....

「This is nice and cozy place to stay. The employees are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The food and drinks are good. You would love the rum drinks. The beach is clean and the ocean is clear. I was most impressed with the service they offer. They are hard workers doing their best make you have your dream vacations. Kudos to the manager, Marlon. I saw him working hand to hand to his personal and always helping you with any questions. Thank you S Hotel. 」

「I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . He reported it security, they have him wrote a statement and told him to report it to the local police department . They also...

「This property was clean modern and staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Angelo and Antonio at guest services. Our room was very clean and always fully stocked. The specialty restaurants were really good for an all inclusive. Overall we had an excellent experience and would recommend and definitely come back. 」
