Holiday Apartment in Alicante with Air Conditioning & WiFi

The vacation apartment is located in the vibrant city of Alicante. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include WiFi (suitable for video calls) air conditioning, washer-dryer, fans, hair dryer, iron, toaster, and coffee maker. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. It also has hand, shower and shampoo gel, with dispensers.

Due to its excellent location, there are restaurants, cafes and bars within a 1-3 minute walk (250-300 m). The closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away (400 m). The city center is a 13-minute walk (1.1 km) and Postiguet Beach is a 7-minute drive from the apartment (1.6 km). Alicante airport is 25 minutes away by car (14 km).

In compliance with current regulations in the Valencian Community, reservations of more than 10 days are not allowed.

Pets are not generally allowed, but can be considered in each case.

Check-in and check-out times outside of the regular hours can be accommodated upon request.

The apartment does not have a high chair or cot.

Stepless interior with wide doors. Street parking is not guaranteed, but it would be free and unlimited, as it is NOT a "blue zone". In addition, the Alicante Auditorium has parking and is nearby (about 300 meters), but keep in mind that this parking will be available when there are no events. There is a ramp for the disabled at the entrance of the building, but there is a small step right at the entrance of the house.
