「とにかく綺麗。スタッフは、とてもフレンドリーで、観光スポットや朝食におすすめの店なども親切に教えてくれました。 すごいのは、部屋の電話はスマホで持ち出し可。しかも、国際電話をはじめ、ネットも使い放題。こういったサービスは初めてでした。 リッチも観光に便利でした。 一泊のみでしたが、ポルトへいった際は、また利用させて頂こうと思います。 」

「The flat was perfect. Great location, well equipped, delightful. Check in was only issue as we had travelled overseas with large luggage and the office did not open on time and some confusion in communication. When the office did open the staff were friendly and accommodating 」

「Great place to stay ! Location was ideal, very charming location! Joao took good care of us when we arrived and helped us with parking which was close by. (Nice parking garage, short walk back to our room). The room had a nice view, was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and although it was located over a very busy "Pasteis de Nata" cafe (which you should try by the way !!) , it was never a problem as far as noise is concerned. 「My room was loft type room. It was more than big room for me and everything was clean and organized. Also owner of the hotel is very friendly and charming and he suggested many touristic points. If I raise negative issues about this hotel,only one thing that personally I felt lighting in the room can be lighter especially when you want to read some books,newspaper...」

「Lage der Wohnung ideal für Ausflüge in Porto. Bus und Bahn in Fußnähe. Auch zu Fuß viele Orte zu erreichen. Wohnung minimal ausgestattet. WC-Papier 2 Rollen für 2 Wochen bei 2 Pers. Handtücher auch nur 2 für 2 Wochen. Mann muß vieles erstmal selber anschaffen. Das traurige an der Wohnung ist der Abfluß/ Kanalgeruch aus dem Badezimmer. Wir konnten den Auslöser nicht erkennen, da das Badezimmer gereinigt war. Bis auf dem Geruch der bis ins Schlafzimmer zog, war es eine schöne Zeit.」

「All excellent including all communication. It can be a steep walk to property so if older/infirm calculate an easier walking option from upside of next street. Easy to get anywhere. Only downside was quite noisy at times in night with people passing and odd sounds but hardly properties fault and not a big issue. Will be back」
