Furthermore, this apartment is part of a spectacular rural complex with a total capacity of up to 38 people, comprising 6 apartments, 5 swimming pools and extensive outdoor areas, making it an ideal option for both family getaways and groups wishing to travel together whilst maintaining their independence.



The accommodation is located on the upper floor and features 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower tray and bidet, a spacious living-dining room with L-shaped sofa and a large kitchen. The layout is ideal for families or small groups: one room with 2 beds of 1.35m, another with 1 bed of 1.50m and a third with 2 single beds of 90cm. Additionally, it has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, a 55" Smart TV, wifi, washing machine and air fryer for an even more practical and comfortable stay.



One of its great attractions are its two private terraces: a front one, with access from the living room, ideal for breakfast or relaxing outdoors, and a rear one, with access from the kitchen, which overlooks the pool area. A perfect space to enjoy the good weather and peaceful moments with family.



In the common areas you will find a large fenced community swimming pool, shared with other apartments in the complex, as well as a community charcoal barbecue, chill out area with picnic tables, football goals on grass and a wooden platform for children in a tree, which makes this accommodation a very attractive option for those travelling with children. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⚽🌞



Its location allows you to combine the peace of the rural environment with the proximity of supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses such as Lauro Golf or Alhaurín Golf, and attractions as appealing as Málaga, Fuengirola, Marbella, Caminito del Rey or Sierra de las Nieves.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are permitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.
