Exceptional Alghero Accommodation.

Excellent location and fantastic host. Davide gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local eateries, a perfect host. Definitely we can recommend the guest house, exceptionally clean and tidy in every way.

Great property right in the heart of Alghero. Really nice rooms and very clean. Davide the owner is also absolutely amazing. Very friendly and provides amazing recommendations for food, drink and activities. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in Alghero

Lovely stay in Alghero....property is clean, up to date and location and manager are great...we had some trouble finding the location as it is in a pedestrian only zone but when we called, the manager came to us, helped us find parking and helped us get our baggage to the property and up the stairs to our room.

Our room was beautiful and clean. The windows were screened with shutters so we were able to keep them open during our entire stay. The host gave us excellent recommendations for sightseeing and meals. We regret not staying longer.

This place is a gem right in the heart of the fantastic city Alghero. We loved walking the streets with all of the activity, people having a great time and a ton of great restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing and so friendly and helpful! We stayed in the signature room and it was amazing - large and right on the corner of the street. We always kept our windows open so we could hear the sounds coming from the square below - it was great! Loved this place!

Ideal spot to stay in Alghero

We had the most wonderful visit in Alghero and loved staying at Casa dei Luiti. It’s perfectly situated in the old part of the city with easy access to restaurants, harbor and more. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated much to our surprise, very quiet even when the area is busy due to the special insulated windows. Davide couldn’t have been more helpful with suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended.

Centrally located in old city small boutique hotel

Wonderful, small boutique hotel in the heart of the old city. A tentative host. Great food and activities recommendations provided in a partner request. Our room faced the street so we needed to close both double sets of windows and use the air-conditioning. I prefer fresh air, but don’t like the noise!

Perfekt sted med en god placering.

Dette moderne hotel er i den gamle by, med alt indenfor gåafstand. Davide (ejeren) er meget imødekommende. På WhatsApp har han lavet gode links til spisesteder og oplevelser (bl.a. cykeludlejning 50m. fra hotellet, hvis du vil på cykelstien langs vandkanten til andre små strande) … og han kan altid kontaktes via appen. De bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Siamo stati a Casa dei Liuti per Capodanno. Quando siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti da Davide che ci ha subito messo a nostro agio dandoci delle dritte sui posti da visitare, sui bar per la colazione, sui ristoranti per eventuali pranzi e cene inviandoci un PDF creato da lui, magnifico! Al checkout ci è stata spiegata l Astoria di quella dimora e di suo nonno, veramente molto interessante! Inutile dire che la cura dei dettagli era da 10 e la bellezza, la pulizia non erano da meno! Veramente bellissimo, se dovessi tornare ad Alghero, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Beautiful property in the city center

We loved the luxurious apartment, and were also upgraded to a suite. Our only complaint / suggestion was seizing to use paper cups and replace them with glasses and ceramic cups. Owner explained that the reason is the COVID measures… not sure that the paper cups prevent the transmission. The property is located right at the historical center and close to the bay, perfect location! With the historical center comes restricted parking, however. Be careful where you park as some parking is only for residents. Carabinieri did not waste any time and we paid EUR 30 in fines overnite. We spent good 1.5 hours figuring that out. Overall an enjoyable stay. Felt a little on our own but understand that the owner was traveling and couldn’t meet us in person.

D’avide is a wonderful host and very good man.we forgot a reader in the room in 2 days we received it back.he was very helpful also to explain us where to go.the place is nice and very clean.Parking is not a problem on the place near to the appartement.Merci beaucoup.JCDK
