「When we check-in to our room, they had some complimentary cookies and sweets for us on tge table which was covered with a glass lid. The next day we found lots of ants crawling in our room’s wall, table, suitcases and all over those sweets. They had letters in the rooms to let guests know about the issue and appointment that they have with pest control company to do their sprays the same day! We reported the issue to management and asked them to get a hold of the pest control company...

「The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property was very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Breakfast was amazing, the hotel is very close to the beach, and everything felt well thought out and practical. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was the airport transfer information. We originally chose the hotel partly because it was explicitly stated that an on-demand transfer to Faro...
