「We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. 「Capella das Artes is een mooi gelegen complex op een oude olijvenperserij. De 30 kamers zijn wel relatie ver van de receptie aan een lange gang. Op het complex zijn veel tredes en ongelijke delen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. De kamers zijn schoon, functioneel ingericht, met eigen balkon of terras en schoonmaak is goed. We kregen gedurende de week dat we er waren echter geen schoon beddengoed. 「Nice room, but could be updated. Found a lot of ants in the room and the blanket was thin with an old thick wool blanket underneath between the sheet and the blanket. Seemed strange for a 5 star hotel - a comforter or duvet would be nice.」

「The rooms were old and in need to be renovated. The mold was so bad we asked for a new room . Even though the new room had some mold and cracks in the walls and ceiling. The room decor was old and carpet frayed . The towels were smelly and the mini fridge wasn’t working at all. There is many reasons I wouldn’t ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. 「Fabulous hotel and very friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is that the spa jacuzzi pool was too cold , everything else was great.」

「Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Access to beach convenient. Staff was lovely but waitstaff a little slow especially at the pool bars.」

「It was suppoused that the use of the spa for children under 12 were 10:30 to 17:30. However, a português familiy with two kids around 5 years entered the spa at 10:00 and started screaming and diving. So I could not relax and I left there quickly. I wonder why the receptionist allow them to enter. I cannot recommend this hotel. 」
