「We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. The beach was close and the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed the shopping, the Black and White party to celebrate the beginning of summer. We will definitely be back and...

「Nice room, but could be updated. Found a lot of ants in the room and the blanket was thin with an old thick wool blanket underneath between the sheet and the blanket. Seemed strange for a 5 star hotel - a comforter or duvet would be nice.」

「Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Access to beach convenient. Staff was lovely but waitstaff a little slow especially at the pool bars.」

「Fabulous hotel and very friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is that the spa jacuzzi pool was too cold , everything else was great.」

「Fabulous quiet room with ensuite and terrace. Great breakfast personally prepared and served by a small team of friendly welcoming managers. Fast WiFi. Modest pool much appreciated in the central location. Easily walkable to the marina, railway, bus station and restaurants. Felt more like staying in a private villa than a hotel. Hope we can return there in future.」

「It was suppoused that the use of the spa for children under 12 were 10:30 to 17:30. However, a português familiy with two kids around 5 years entered the spa at 10:00 and started screaming and diving. So I could not relax and I left there quickly. I wonder why the receptionist allow them to enter. I cannot recommend this hotel. 」
