Große Wohnung, etwas abseits des Trubels. Noch weitgehend ursprüngliche Algarve. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Strände und Supermärkte in 10-15 Min. erreichbar. Auto erforderlich. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa en esta casa en la que nos recibio la Sra. Olga. Olga es muy simpatica y amable y nos explico lugares que podiamos visitar ademas de ofrecerse para lo que pudieramos necesitar. La casa es muy espaciosa, y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Esta situada a unos 10-15 minutos de la playa en coche en un lugar muy tranquilo, y tiene de todo. Lo unico que teneis que llevaros es condimentos de cocina (aceite, sal, vinagre, especias, etc...) jabon de los platos y estropajo, jabon de la lavadora, gel de ducha y campu, jabon de manos, y papel higienico.Hemos estado realmente agusto y repetiriamos.

Precioso Alojamiento

Boas férias

A casa foi muito confortável, superou as nossas expetativas, a Dª Olga, quem nos recebeu, muito simpática e disponível para o que precisássemos. A casa é distante da praia, mas com pouco mais de 10 minutos lá estávamos. Fizemos praia sempre em Armação de Pêra, compramos peixe fresco e marisco no mercado de Armação de Pêra. Ficamos todos satisfeitos, pretendemos voltar.

Adorei a Estadia

A localização e distante da praia, mas em poucos minutos, de carro, conseguimos chegar. Supermercados mais próximos em Lagoa e Alcantarilha. Zona muito calma e os proprietários muito acolhedores. A relação preço qualidade, superou as nossas expectativas, vamos voltar.

A Sr. Olga que nos recebe ,tem uma excelente simpatia , deixa-nos á vontade de pedir o que fosse necessário. Casa com o necessário para uma semana de férias, a 15 minutos da grande praia de armação de pêra. Excelente semana

vacance agréable

Très bon séjour les personnes qui habitent le rez de chaussée de la maison sont sympas; Notre hôte de l'agence absent n'a pris aucune nouvelle de la semaine. Pour la maison: maison propre et bien équipée , le seul bémol les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit et le passage des voitures.

Gerne wieder :)

Wir wurden von Olga (Besitzerin die im EG des Hauses wohnt) herzlich egrüßt. Es gab genug Räume die auch sauber waren. Handtücher gibt es ebenfalls. Da es sich um eine Ferienwohnung handelt, mussten wir noch Utensilien wie Seife, Toilettenpapier sowie Schwämme selbst kaufen. Dadurch das das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt war es nicht so laut. Lediglich die Nachbarhunde hört man ab und zu. Im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen.

Traditional Portuguese charm

We stayed here September 2018 for 9 nights. This is a typical traditional Portuguese house which is split into two, the bottom half is lived in by the owners and the top half is rented out to holiday makers. The rented part has 3 bedrooms 2 double rooms and 2 single beds. There is a kitchen/utility room where you can cook meals we did not use this facility as we like to go out in the evening but there were pans,plates, a fully working kitchen. There’s also balconies front and back. There is a road in front of the property but is like an English “b” road and did not suffer from a lot of traffic, in fact we hardly noticed traffic at all. There is a living room with comfortable chairs and dining table we loved the antique family furniture. There is TV which has Sky news and Fox films and several other English speaking programs. There are 2 bathrooms, one is just a toilet and basin and the other has a bath with shower overhead, although at the moment is hand held, which I have to say is a very powerful amazing shower. Olga, the daughter of the owner, says they will be ripping out the bathroom and replacing with new shower/toilet sometime after November 2018. To summarise on other points other contributors have written, there are 2 dogs on site very friendly and did not cause any issues. There is a car repair garage at the side, across a track, but we heard nothing and did not see much work going on so all quiet when we stayed. We had a lovely stay here Olga was very helpful gave us figs/fruit from garden and her English is excellent

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig, mit großer möbelierter Terrasse und gemütlich eingerichtet. Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher u.s.w; alles ist vorhanden. Superschnelles WLan, Amazon und Netflix läuft sehr gut (Notebook nicht vergessen, TV hat kein Internet). Insgesamt 6 Betten (2 Doppelbetten, 2 Einzelbetten) die sehr bequem sind, aufgeteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr groß. 1 Badezimmer mit WC, Wanne und Duschvorhang und 1 Extra WC mit Waschbecken. Die Eigentümer sind eine typische portugiesische 3 Generationen-Familie die im Erdgeschoss wohnt, bemerkenswert gastfreundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. 2 Hunde sind auf dem Grundstück. Der eine ist an der Kette. Beide Hunde sind sehr lieb, etwas scheu, lassen sich aber anfassen. Sie haben sich mit unser kleinen Malteser-Hündin sehr gut verstanden. Alles in allem ein Top Urlaub. maison confortable et tranquile

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentil a l'écoute de vos demandes. La maison manque d'une salle de bain et de quelques prises de courant sinon le reste est très bien a conseiller pour des personnes qui aiment la tranquillité un peu loin de la mer et des plages.

Maison pas assez confortable

Nous avons loué une maison avec 2 salle de bain, à l’arrivee une salle de bain. Aucune prise électrique dans salle de bain. Odeurs désagréables dans la maison. Propriétaire très accueillante

Large and spacious flat in a quiet rural area.

The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of the villa. The owners live below. The apartment is very spacious and the owners very welcoming. It is about 15 minutes to Lagoa where you will find a small InterMarche which does very good coffee, and on the southern outskirts of Lagoa on the road to Carvoeiro you will find a Pingo Doce, Aldi and a new posh supermarket called Apolonia (Portugal's answer to Waitrose with prices to match). Apolonia also serves good coffee. The coast of Algarve has some fantastic long sandy beaches and also many small coves. The owners have two dogs: a large alsatian called Dragão (Dragon) who is very friendly and actually quite timid, and another dog that is kept chained up all the time. The apartment is well equipped for cooking with a gas hob and oven. The are a few of minor problems. 1. The kitchen has a lack of sockets - you will find yourself switching between the kettle and the toaster. 2. The small toilet smells of drains especially just after you have done some washing up. The owner said that this was due to the heavy rain, but I'm not convinced. I think it might be because there is no U-bend trap under the basin. 3. The TV screen is damaged in that there is an area of the screen which is darker than the rest. 4. It takes a long time for hot water to reach the bathroom. This is because the gas boiler is at one end of the house and the bathroom is at the other, and the boiler is not very powerful. 5. When we arrived the walls of the bath were covered in emulsion paint. It took me an hour to remove all the paint. My guess is whoever had done the painting had washed out his equipment in the bath. 6.. We were unlucky with the weather. It was unseasonably cold, but the owners were kind enough to provide two oil filled radiators. However I was surprised to be charged 60 euros (30 euros for each radiator) at the end of our stay. There was no mention of this up front, and it would have been fairer to read the meter and charge for usage over a certain amount (as they commonly do in France).

Horrible !!!!

D'abord, il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain comme précisé dans le descriptif mais une seule et un petit cabinet de toilette avec un WC. Ensuite, la maison n'a ni chauffage ni climatisation. IL se trouve que j'y étais en février et que la nuit il faisait froid, le propriétaire m'a proposé un chauffage d'appoint moyennant un supplément. C'était loin d'être suffisant pour une surface de 150 m2. La maison se trouve sur une route très fréquentée et à 20 m d'un garage, ce qui n'est nullement mentionné dans le descriptif. Je ne suis donc restée qu'une seule nuit dans cette maison.

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Sehr sauber, sehr viel Platz und sehr nette Leu

Die Lage von der Ferienwohnung ist optimal. In einem Umkreis von höchsten 20 km konnten wir viele schöne Buchten an der Algarve besuchen und genießen. Im Oktober hatten wir noch bestes Badewetter. Für einen Individualurlaub mit Pkw einfach ideal.
