The staff are amazing the bar is great and very well priced, the room was really nice apart from the bathroom, there was cobwebs in the corners and mould around the shower tray also the shower head wouldn't stay up the pole it kept sliding down. The bathroom could do with a shelf by the sink to put your stuff on. Only basic stuff really. The pancakes with fruit at breakfast was tinned mixed fruit. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The hotel just needs a few basic things changing and it will be 5 star.

The hospitality out weighed the comfort of this stay. Cloe met us at reception and was very welcoming. Kieran was also very welcoming. The staff were amazingly busy and so helpful. Our room was clean but very sparse with the character of The Scottish Highlands as per all the tarten used in the photos displayed online. The pillows were void of any filling and well past their use by dates. I did request new pillows and they were replaced.
