"Super nice, clean and quiet. Sometimes a bit to quiet, a pool bar or something would be good. All hotel is clean and tidy, reception is welcoming and helpful. The city is mostly closed here in October, so very few bars and restaurants open, beaches are still clean and you have them all alone:-) Would book again anytime!"

"I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time."

"Die Villa ist der absolute Hit - viel Platz, wunderbar gelegen, mit einer umwerfend schönen Aussenanlage. Die Kommunikation mit Fernando war super und unkompliziert und er hat sofort reagiert, als wir einige kleinere Mängel bei ihm gemeldet haben. "Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Naturreservat, mit phantastischer Aussicht. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier mit Kindern im Alter von 9-17 Jahren, und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Im Naturreservat nebenan hört man Nachts die Wildschweine grunzen. Im einen der Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage und es war zu heiß um dort zu schlafen. Ging aber gut im Wohnzimmer. La cuisine, le BBQ, les frigos facilitent grandement les repas. La grande piscine est incroyable. "The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me. "

"We just spent 4 nights here. Nice apartment for a couple. Has all the modern touches and has a balcony that overlooks the common pool. Bed is comfortable and there is a pull out couch. Owner met us on arrival and was easily reached when we had a question. Is on the 2nd floor (36 steps) and there is an elevator. Great view of the mountains. Complex is quiet and very clean. Saw 3 people use the pool during our stay. Has a reserved parking spot in the complex. Very secure with fencing and locks....

"This property is disgusting and is now the subject of investigation and possible legal action in Valencia. We could not stay here with our child and although the owner apologised for the condition we found it in, he has refused to refund us unless we leave a positive review... unfortunately for him we won't accept bribery or participate in writing any fraudulent reviews, so we are now pursuing action legally. Do yourselves a favour and stay elsewhere. "
