Holiday home 7 km from Alfarnatejo, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

The house preserves the charm and tradition of a country house with wooden beams, original thick walls ideal for keeping the temperature, terracotta tile floors and equipped with rustic furniture. In addition, thanks to its location inside a farm with olive trees, fruit trees and next to the Sabar River, it will allow you to enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and the valley.

The house is ideal to rest, enjoy nature and privacy in the company of family or a group of friends.

On the ground floor of the house, you will have at your disposal a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and a sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen, from which it is possible to access the bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor, you will also find 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with a shower.

The upper floor of the house has another two bedrooms with two single beds each.

At the exit, you will have at your disposal a porch where you will find garden furniture. The rest of the outdoor area has a fenced pool of 11 x 7 meters in the front area of the house.

Access to the house is possible through a 500 meter dirt lane.

Wir haben 3 Wochen wirklich tolle Ferien mit der Familie und unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Wir waren inmitten von Olivenbäumen, umgeben von Natur und ohne direkte Nachbarn. Nachts haben wir gut geschlafen und nachmittags stand uns bei der Hitze der große Swimmingpool zur Verfügung. Wir wurden sehr gut von den Kindern der Besitzer empfangen, die uns zum Haus führten. Rémé und "Pépé" (die Besitzer) sind bezaubernd und haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert; ob für das Haus oder für Sehenswürdigkeiten, die guten Restaurants sowie die Konzerte, die man nicht verpassen sollte (wie zum Beispiel Flamenco). Und das Schwimmbad wird gut gepflegt von "Pépé", der immer diskret kommt, um nicht zu stören. Wenn wir sie brauchten, kamen sie schnell. Also ein großes Dankeschön an diese nette Familie, denn wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Wir werden sie nicht vergessen!

Groß ! Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt. Das nicht einsehbare Schwimmbad bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :) Wieder zu tun.

Vielen Dank an Frau Reme und Herrn Pepe für die Begrüßung, die Anteilnahme und das kleine Ankunftsgeschenk. Der Pool ist perfekt und das Wetter im Haus ist ziemlich gut. Sie waren für uns da, wenn es Bedenken gab. Ich kann Venta Pepe Alba wärmstens empfehlen

Pour un ressourcement et la tranquillité l'endroit est idéal. Par contre la maison n'est vraiment pas confortable elle doit vraiment être rénové au plus vite, tout est ancien y compris les accessoires de cuisine ☹️

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir waren nur für ein Wochenende hier, wären aber gerne noch eine Woche geblieben. Der Ort ist perfekt zum Abschalten, es hatte alles was man braucht und die Besitzer sind ein super freundliches und angenehmes Paar. Wir werden es sicher wiederholen.

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich Es ist auch im Sommer cool. Der Besitzer gab uns freundlicherweise eine große Flasche Periana Olivenöl als Willkommensgeschenk, es machte uns glücklich. Schade, dass rund um den Pool kein Platz mehr ist, obwohl der Pool sehr groß und angenehm ist. Aber ich erlaube mir, der Besitzerin noch einmal für ihre Freundlichkeit zu danken ...
