It is hard to find a hotel that provides such a great combination of great looks, perfect decorations, cleanness and exceptional service. We had an amazing time at Torre Assunta. The kids had enjoyed the pool (much needed in summer time). It is 8 minutes from Gallipoli and it's nice restaurants and busy night life and and also 5 minutes from the nicest beaches in the city. Definitely you should give it a try.it is a five star hotel.

We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!

Convenient location and modern, albeit a bit too big for my personal preference. The room's garden was open onto the main entrance so it lacks privacy, there were many ants in the room and the trash can was not emptied when the room was cleaned. When I mentioned this at checkout, the person at the front desk started arguing with me and justifying the issues. I was not complaining, merely stating facts from my experience so the hotel could improve - arguing about it made things worse, not better. It's a very good 4* but not worthy of 5*

Loved everything about this hotel and would 100% recommend! We stayed at the property for 3 nights and it was a perfect little haven in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit Gallipoli and Lecce (34 min drive). The hotel had everything you could want and more, from modern and clean rooms, to an amazing pool! We ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel and were not disappointed. It's a great stay if you want to relax in Puglia but also be able to visit nearby locations.

We stayed in the Masseria which was very quiet and with a lovely big room including table and kitchen facilities. Only problem was the floor did not open properly (we were offered alternative room) and a lack of mirror except for one small one in the bathroom. Pool are was lovely and staff were great. Slight issue with getting drinks from the bar in that staff were not always visible

Bel hôtel avec détails à améliorer

Un bel hôtel, rien à dire sur la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine, le calme, le confort et le petit déjeuner. Cependant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles il y a des choses à améliorer. Porte de la chambre qui ouvrait à peine à cause du frottement sur le sol, signalé, personne n’est venu, commande de boissons en bord de piscine oubliée 2 fois, eau gazeuse vendue mais périmée depuis 4 mois plus de gaze ok changée, pas de lumière dans salle de bain que celle du miroir, boisson servie dans des verres en plastique, prix exorbitants pour un spritz 15€ ou pizza 20€, personnel gentil serviable mais peu compatible pour un 5 étoiles. Ce sont des détails, qui n’entache pas notre séjour de 2 nuits.

Hotel excelente em conforto, localização, visual. Café da manhã com produtos de ótima qualidade e fomos atendidos por 2 profissionais com muita atenção e sorriso no rosto. Para dormir a luz vinda da janela banheiro e blackout do quarto me fazia acordar muito cedo. Outro ponto negativo foi quando pedi para limpar o banheiro pois sem querer deixei molhar por conta da ducha, não vieram e foi registrado no WhatsApp com a recepção

Nytt hotell, med massa fantastiska faciliteter som pool, restaurang, gym & spa! Trevlig personal och väldigt fina rum med uteplats. Vi bodde i masserian med eget kök. Nära till fantastiska stränder! Lite ouppmärksam personal vid frukosten, så fick vänta länge på att beställa kaffe två av dagarna. Sen lite efter med miljötänk då det är engångstvål och shampoo i rummen.

La struttura è nuova, di design e le camere molto belle, spaziose e comode anche in famiglia. Il problema è un po’ la poca preparazione del personale, che non è per niente all’altezza di un cinque stelle, un po’ la gestione di alcuni servizi, inclusa la colazione. Sicuramente il progetto è ambizioso e il luogo incantevole, ma l’esperienza viene rovinata dal personale, direttore per primo, che non sa rispondere a obiezioni o emergenze in maniera adeguata. Abbiamo aggiunto una notte al nostro soggiorno prenotando su Expedia in quanto la tariffa era di quasi 100€ inferiore a quella che ci hanno proposto in struttura.
