From point of check-in through to time to check-out, everything was fabulous. Sara is a wonderful host, the rooms pristine, the food delicious and the grounds gorgeous. Truly a unique experience and one of a kind, with easy access to old town, or day trips of your choosing.

A wonderful experience ! The personal were friendly and helpful ! The breakfast buffet was delicious ! The pool is a good size for a morning swim ! Plenty of good restaurants and beaches nearby,but a rental car is essential ! A special thanks to Sara the manager for making our stay so special,and another to Annemarie who meticulously takes care of the breakfast ! The owner Salvatore is very interested in guest satisfaction which is always very important ! We would come back again !

Extremely nice staff, all our wishes were fulfilled. Very quiet area, you must have a Car, as the property is rather remote. The room is well maintained and very clean. We had a „Trulli“ Room which was extra spacious. We look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful setting and fantastic service.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a beautiful setting. Salvatore and his entire team were very welcoming and accomodating. Sara in particular was very helpful, always happy to give recommendations and make reservations. I would highly recommend.

La proprietà è immersa nel verde e vanta di una bellissima distesa di alberi da frutto e ulivi. Gode di una splendida vista tramonto e mare. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La colazione molto buona. Lo staff è molto gentile, disponibile e amichevole. La struttura di trova vicino al centro del paese e a 5 minuti in auto da Gallipoli. Siamo stati molto bene.

Nettes Landhotel nahe bei Gallipoli

Ein relativ junger Betrieb ( ca 2015 ) zum Teil in einem aufwendig umgebauten alten Bauernhof, zum Teil in zwei neuen kleineren Zubauten . Sehr schöne Lage ca 5 km außerhalb von Gallipoli auf einem Hügelgrundstück mit Meerblick ( in der Ferne), ohne Google Maps nicht leicht zu finden, dafür sehr ruhig Großer Swimmingpool Sehr freundlicher und ortskundiger Besitzer ( Salvatore) und sehr nette crew. Sehr zu empfehlen um die Gegend von Gallipoli bis Santa Maria de Leuca zu erkunden

Eine tolle Woche im Saleno

Wir waren schon oft in Italien, aber noch nie in Apulien. Neben Strandbesuchen wollten wir auch einige Sehenenswürdigkeiten des Salento, der südlichsten Region in Apulien, ansehen. Dafür ist das Tenuta Monticelli ideal gelegen. Man ist schnell auf der Autostrasse und trotzdem ist diese Oase sensationell ruhig gelegen. Wir waren in einem Zimmer der externen "Trullihäuser". Diese wurden erst 2017 in einem sehr schönen Stil gebaut, wir haben uns auf Anhieb rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten auch sehr viel Privatsphäre, da das ganze riesige Anwesen nur gerade über 7 Zimmer verfügt. So haben wir oft am Morgen 1-2 Stunden für uns alleine am wunderschönen Pool verbracht. Vom Pool aus hat man auch einen schönen Ausblick auf Gallipoli sowie auf das Meer. Das Team war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer tip top sauber. Auch Dusche und WLAN haben tadellos funktioniert, für Italien ja nicht eine Selbstverständlichkit. Das Frühstück war einfach aber absolut okay, der Kaffee (für uns das Wichtigste am Morgen) war wie üblich in Italien top. Alles in Allem eine tolle Woche bei freundlichen Gastgebern in einer warhaften Wohlfühloase.

A real gem

We spent 6 nights in this lovely and calm place. The facility is very well maintained by the owner. Room and surroundings were very clean. Nice and big pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that there were no fixed breakfast times. Breakfast buffet was good and rich. Our room had a huge private terrace with an outdoor shower and a very well maintained jacuzzi. We can highly recommend this place for people who value a quiet and well-groomed environment. Nice beaches can be found south and north of Gallipoli. Good restaurants in Alezio and Gallipoli.

Molto excellente!

We spent 7 nights at Tenuta Monticelli at the beginning of June and wanted just to relax. There are very few rooms and there were few other guests. There are a big outside pool and a very nice garden with an olive grove and orange and fig trees. Depending on the date of the visit the owner picks up fresh fruits each morning and gives them to the guests. We had the room with the jacuzzi on the terrace and an amazing view of Gallipoli, which is only a few kilometres away. Breakfast is very good as well (fresh fruits, mozarella, cake,...). Unfortunately, there is no lunch or dinner, not even a bar for beverages. The whole team made our visit a perfect experience: They provided us with information regarding the best restaurants for dinner, organised a trip to an olive oil manufacturer and gave us tips, which beaches we should visit. All in all, it was even better than we could have wished for and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Un havre de paix

Séjour très agréable au cœur des oliviers. Personnel aux petits soins pour nous, chambre très propre et agréable. Pas un bruit: il règne un calme ambiant très apaisant. Très bonne situation géographique pour explorer le Salento.

This hotel was amazing! Very quiet place, only few rooms. Staff was very helpful. Pool was every time only for us! We had room with jacuzzi on terrace with amazing view.Hot tube is very comfotable and really hot. Gallipoli is few kilometers from Tenuta Monticelli, this town is perfect for walk. There is plenty of nice restaurants and bars. We paid 10 EUR for taxi

exklusives Landgut in toller Lage

Das Landgut befindet sich in traumhafter Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel unweit von Alezio mitten in einem großen Olivenhain. Es ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und exklusiv ausgestattet. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolles umfangreiches Frühstück. Swimmingpool mit Blick über die Landschaft bis nach Gallipoli und das Meer.
