Host was amazing! Prompt communication, helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out, even helped unload our vehicle! Apartment was comfortably furnished with an upscale vibe. Centrally located in the heart of Alexandria Bay. Views of Boldt Castle from the parking lot.

The photos are misleading. The first picture on the website shows the River Walk and it leads you to think the unit is there when it’s not. The pic of outdoor space cropped out the dumpster that makes the space 100% unusable. Floors are gritty and turn your feet black if you go barefoot. We did not receive check in and parking instructions until one hour before check in. Picture also shows access from parking lot but this is false. You have to walk down the alley and go around the front to enter and exit. Overpriced for the overall experience. The host did well responding to messages pretty quickly except for check in questions. Overall, false advertising. Not one of my better verbo experiences.

Great walkability to everything in Alex Bay. No view though and alley/parking area outdoor seating. The vision of building owners is still under construction & very promising. We plan to return to see the end result. Communication, cleanliness & amenities all get 2 thumbs up from us.

The location of this property is PERFECT for a visit of Alex Bay. Park your car and walk to all the shops, restaurants and boating tours. The sunset from the backyard is also incredible. We will stay here again!!

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful loft in Alexandria Bay. It was spotless, cozy, and full of charm — the kind of place that instantly feels like home. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.As two widows, this weekend away was something we both truly needed. It was peaceful, healing, and filled with small moments we’ll never forget. The hosts were so thoughtful, and every detail — from the welcoming touches to how comfortable the space was — showed how much they care.I even left behind a small watercolor as a thank-you, because this stay meant so much to us. Highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and connection in the Thousand Islands.
