Ceilidh Country Lodge
8/10 Good
"The view and the grounds were beautiful, and breakfast was nice on the veranda. However I had thought I was staying in the main building and instead was in a motel room in the back which was disappointing. Having said that, it was quiet, clean and we slept well."
"Easy to find. Excellent parking options. Clean.
We were given a ground floor unit at the back of one of their three buildings. As a result it felt more like a nice motel than a good hotel.
Perhaps we’re given the back door treatment because we booked through a third party site?
In any event, the room was fine for our needs as we just spending one. Night there before moving on to other locations.
Unfortunately we only stayed the night and choose to find a more economical breakfast option as we are both light eaters and usually don’t get value from buffets.
Some issues with billing that were corrected before we left the property.
We would stay at this location again."
"The property was still very much under construction when we stayed. Only a few of the domes were operational. Our dome was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. But we had several issues with the door locks, although the staff were very helpful and attentive to get it resolved. The shared bathrooms were still under construction and not overly clean."
Private cabin in Boisdale. Perfect getaway for the whole family with a view!
10/10 Excellent
"Well appointed cabin with lots of outside space to enjoy. There's a fire pit, with wood, and a platform for seating. The inside has a well painted kitchen and an outside BBQ. There is a Keurig coffee maker for morning relaxing.
The cabin has a heat pump for a comfortable stay.
It's a nice quiet place with a view of the water. Stock up on groceries before arriving as the grocery stores are a bit of a drive.
All in all a very nice place to spend time."
