"Staff were professional and friendly. Our birthday girl received a fruit basket and a beautiful handwritten card. Another one of our party received macaroons as a welcome gift as well. This is a beautiful touch and we really appreciated it. Property was well maintained and clean. Lovely and upscale decor. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was a good size, bathroom was large, shower was incredible with the rainfall shower head on the ceiling! Great lighting in the bathroom. Bed was relatively comfortable. Sofa bed mattress was thin but not completely uncomfortable. The breakfast and parking are extra. Not unreasonable but not included. "

"Hotel under major renovation. Our AC didn’t work and we had to move rooms after 11pm. They are turning WATER OFF each day and did not inform us, or any of our other friends staying at same hotel. Some of us couldn’t take showers. Large fridges in lobby not working so drinks were warm. Kitchen not operating so full breakfast was very poor. Didn’t inform us that SELF parking was $15 per day."

"Room was well cleaned with fresh towels daily. There is a water bottle filler in the lobby too. Our breakfast was included. The buffet was continually replenished with a variety of options and Starbucks coffee/tea was available. All staff was professional, friendly and helpful. If you need to store your luggage they do so in a locked room at the front desk."

"Hotel was under renovation. Other than everything was great . Renovated room I stayed in was excellent. The area location is about a 7 to 10 minute walk from dining/shopping"
