「Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun.」

「Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Umgebung ist und der Pool sind sehr schön. Allerdings stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Im Inserat sind 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer beschrieben. Eines davon ist aber eine Niesche im Wohnzimmer, durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt, was eine Privatsphäre nur eingeschränkt möglich macht. 「Nous avons été bien reçus par brian et lesley. Le logement était propre, très bien équipé et très confortable. Il ne manquait de rien. Le logement se situe à 15 minutes du village d'ourique, bourg de 5 000 habitants, où on y trouve toutes les commodités pour passer un bon séjour et à une heure des plages. Encore merci à brian et lesley de leur gentillesse et à tous les animaux de la ferme d'avoir égayé notre quotidien (oies, âne, chien, chèvres...).」

「We had a marvellous stay in Garvaõ! The house is located in a very quiet place, but very close to the small town. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The owner is very helpful! He made sure there were radiators in the house (together with a wood stove) to get the house warm in December. We recommend the house!!」
